Hi, I'm Natasha.

Hi, I’m Natasha and I help women in their 40s and 50s who want to get control over crazy hormone imbalances and get back to their happy weight. I’m passionate about female health and have successful nutritionist practice in Sheffield, Yorkshire supporting women on their weight loss and menopause journeys.


Having previously had a busy corporate career whilst raising a young family, I know too well the difficulties of eating healthily and finding time to look after yourself. I teach my clients a new way of eating as one of the tragedies of this time in your life is the realisation that you really cannot get away with eating the same foods you used to. Your body has changed, and you need to learn to eat for this new way of being.

It’s my intention that all my clients get to enjoy the ride. No one goes hungry when they work with me. I won’t judge you for your current lifestyle (mine wasn’t the best when I was working hard and partying hard in London). What’s important to me is that you actively want to change. We will suss out what your goals are and I will make a plan that is individualised to you.

Nutritional and lifestyle changes can help to balance your hormones naturally, and whilst it's not something that happens overnight, my clients are often amazed by the improvements they make. You don't have to put up with rubbish sleep, feeling tired all the time, night sweats and that creeping weight gain around your middle. I use hormone imbalance testing to pinpoint exactly where you are and develop a personalised nutrition programme and hormone balancing action plan.

Diets are banned when you work with me, as they won’t help you long term. Sustainable change must be your goal and I want you to enjoy your food. Everything these days is about a calorie or how much sugar or fat is in something, and we’re not enjoying real food anymore. I teach you how to get back to that. 

What is different about how I work is that I combine health coaching with nutrition advice, to give the support and motivation to put things into practice.
